Greater Western Health is a newly established allied health clinic specialising in podiatric and physiotherapy services. Greater Western Health was previously known as Hawkesbury Podiatry, which serviced the Hawkesbury area for 25 years, but now has shifted its focus to achieving better holistic health outcomes for all types of patients through an integrated allied health team.
Here at Greater Western Health we have years of experience behind our treatments, along with new ideas, and amazing facilities. Greater Western Health’s centre hub is located in a lovely heritage building in the heart of Richmond NSW.

Have recently had consults with Pat for a lower back/sciatica issue and his friendly and professional approach makes him great to deal with. Extremely knowledgeable and his treatment coupled with suggested exercises for home have helped me improve significantly in a short space of time. Will definitely be back again - highly recommended.

I had previously attended greater western health for a foot issue where I was helped by Tom who is a wizard and got me 100% fixed up with some orthotic inserts, i than saw pat several months later who I met through my gym for a lower back issue. Pat could not have been better in helping me, he went above and beyond to ensure a quick recovery and a permanent fix to the problem, he performed several rounds of dry needling on me which did wonders for relieving my pain and improving my lower back mobility, followed up with some daily stretches, pat regularly checked in on me via message and still does, I can not recommend pat enough to anyone with any muscular condition or problem, he is so comprehensive and gave me full confidence in what he does, he really knows his stuff and took the time to understand the problem as much as he could before treating me, Thankyou to the team at greater western health, they are all very welcoming and helpful.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Pat at Greater Western Health Richmond for Physio and later Exercise Physiology due to a work place injury. From the very first appointment I found his expertise and knowledge amazing. I attended this business weekly for many months. I am so happy with RobHe is helping me fix my plantar fasciitis with new orthotics, they have eased the pain so much. He has been so good with me bringing my daughter in on appointments too, which is making it easy to return for appointments.The reception staff are friendly and I would highly recommend this practice, for specialised care.

Pat has been treating me through my rehab after an acl and meniscus reconstruction, and I could not recommend him enough. He has gone above and beyond with my treatment, making sure I am comfortable and reaching every goal I need to. I’m so confident going back into training at the gym due to all his help, with him writing me a training plan to make sure every aspect of my rehab is covered

I was recommended to Greater Western Health for my chronic back problem by a friend. After a course of treatment with Pat, my back was much better and pain-free until now. Pat was professional, knowledgeable and caring. He explained everything in a comprehensive and understandable way. I felt that I have been treated as a valued individual and not just as a customer. The receptionist Courtney was friendly and patient with me for my appointment booking due to my busy schedule. Pat even stayed back one day to see me. Now I’m not being bias here (although I am very proud of my brother bringing to life such a wonderful allied health clinic!) but holy moly over the last few months I had endured a range of different issues that all stemmed from my experience with endometriosis including inactive core muscles / hip flexors and a pelvic rotation which caused back and knee pain. Adam and Pat (both physios) are absolute magicians and I am super happy to say that because of them I have had my first pain free training session today! People deserve to be recognised when they are THAT GOOD at their jobs- and Tommy you ain’t so bad yourself! Can’t thank them enough 🥳🕺🏻🎉

For over a year I had been putting up with a worsening pain under the ball of my right foot that led me to compensate by favouring it while I walk. This in turn led to problems eith painful knees snd lower back. Tom and Pat sorted me out and got me back on track and walking with ease again. The ladies on the front desk are always welcoming, pleasant and happy to see you too. Thanks guys!

I initially saw Pat Green for the first time around 3 months ago for lower back pain, after a couple of visits and a set exercise regime I was pain free. I was very happy with Pats thorough examination, procedure and bedside manner so I gave him a real challenge. I have suffered with shoulder pain for over 5 years with no relief from prior physio treatment and 2 cortisone injections prescribed by a shoulder specialist. Pat did a thorough examination of my shoulder movement and area of pain and without seeing the results of an MRI that I previously had diagnosed that I had a partial tearing of the supraspinatus along with some other wear and tear, he was correct. After multiple visits over a number of weeks and a daily exercise program that I followed diligently to strengthen my shoulder I had my last visit today as I now have full movement with my shoulder pain free. Thanks Pat! Highly recommended.

I saw Pat Green for physiotherapy of my hand and foot. He was welcoming, easy going and extremely thorough in his treatment processes. Pat used needling techniques, massage, stretching and exercise to get me back to my usual mobility. Highly recommended!

I’ve had my 1st visit with what I suspected was an ingrown toenail & got Tom. He was absolutely AMAZING, & I’ll most definitely be back for any follow up treatment required. I think it’s the best $ I’ve spent in my entire life. Rob was extremely professional with my podiatry needs and was very thorough and extensive both in his examination and treatment of my problem. After ignoring a nagging lower back and leg pain that left me barely able to bend, drive, sit or do anything but lay down I decided to book to see Pat at the recommendation of a friend.I'm glad I did! From the get go the ladies at reception were friendly and welcoming. Pat was able to pinpoint exactly what the issue was, explained it thoroughly and what we could do to sort it out. After two sessions I already have a lot more mobility back and a lot of the pain is gone and I was able to go back to work. He's very easy to chat with and distracts you from the pain during treatment haha.Will recommend Greater Western Health to anyone needing it! 🙂

i have had a shoulder problem with limited range and pain for a couple of years had a quaterzone injection which only gave temporary relief and i was frustrated ,my daughter suggested that maybe her physio Pat would be able to help so she booked me an appointment best thing i ever did 5 months on my shoulder movement is pretty much back to normal range and pain is gone(yay) Pat was fantastic and his help has really changed my physical health.The team at Greater Western Sydney Health i highly recommend even the ladies in reception were wonderful thanks again for all your help🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

I started off seeing Tommy for my feet and was so very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and care! In him showing this it also made me reconsider my Physio needs. I now also see Patrick who like Tommy is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what he does.
